The International Advisory Board of the On Sustainability Knowledge Community is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the Tenth International Conference on Environmental, Cultural, Economic, and Social Sustainability to be held 22-24 January 2014 at Split, Split, Croatia. The Call for Submissions to On Sustainability Collection of Journals is also open at this time.

The current deadline to submit a proposal (a title and short abstract) is 17 October 2013. Abstracts are accepted in monthly rounds; further deadlines will be announced regularly. If you are unable to attend the conference, you may still join the community and submit your article for peer review and possible publication, upload an online presentation, and enjoy subscriber access to the journal.

Community Themes
We welcome proposals from a variety of disciplines and perspectives to contribute to the conference discourse. We also encourage faculty and students to submit joint proposals for paper presentations, colloquia, or panel discussions. Proposals may address sustainability through any of the following thematic areas:

- Environmental Sustainability
- Sustainability in Economic, Social and Cultural Context
- Sustainability Policy and Practice
- Sustainability Education
- World Heritage and Sustainable Tourism (Special Focus for 2014)

Entering its tenth year, the Sustainability Conference meets annually to discuss the four fundamentals of sustainability in today's changing world. The Sustainability Conference serves as an open forum for exploring sustainability from many perspectives. Being one of the most popular Croatian tourist destinations, Split, is ideally suited to examine this year's theme 'World Heritage and Sustainable Tourism Development'.
